Community and culture is more important than parses. Parses still matter.
Our guild values are the reason we are successful and these are what we expect all members to have or do:
1. Respect - we value each other's time, and so things like racism, harassment and negativity as well as trolling, disruptive and rude behavior have no place in our guild or discord.
2. Kaizen - always be improving and learning. Since our time is valuable, we expect everyone regardless of skill level to always be looking to get better and do more. In a way, seeking to improve yourself shows you value the time of others and you respect them enough to not waste anyone's time by putting 0 time into improvement.
3. Real-Life Balance - there is actually a healthy amount of WoW and a balance of real-life things we have to do. We encourage and expect our members to take care of whatever is needed outside of game so we can keep gaming. Work, relationships, death, birth and anything else is always higher priority to us than this game. To the point that if you can't play more than once a week for 2 hours, its unlikely you'll be on the main raid team, but u can still find a solid guild to play with when you are on.
