What's it like raiding with The Boys?
Starting out - we would like to note that we do not categorize "We Them Boys" as a Raiding Guild. We will always be a tight-knit Community of friends first. If you are looking for an "Elite" raiding feel, unfortunately The Boys are not for you.

Our guild will always strive for Cutting Edge, and we have found it is more rewarding to do so with friends that you enjoy playing with! That being said, every group has there own pace and goal. While Mythic might be a dream to some - other's enjoy playing at a slower pace and we have options!
Our Roster Structure
We try to approach every team with a 3 point lead to ensure every group runs smoothly. A Tank, Healing, & DPS coordinator - giving each team the tools they need to meet there goals.
Check out our options for Official WTB teams on our website. Each team has a different goal and play style, once you join, see what team fits you & apply! (www.wtbco.org) If you are a new member and looking to jump on a team, that's great! We ask you please have logs for content equal the teams current progression level! (I.E Mythic or Heroic)
Just starting your raid journey? We got ya covered with our weekend raid! Come blast through Heroic with The Boys from all raid groups, get your feet wet and meet some friendly faces!
Raid 'Trial'
Depending on the group you're looking to join a trial might be on the table! The option is left up to the leaders of the group when the rosters are 'FULL' - at which point the leaders have the option to trial members applying.
With that being said, a 'Mythic' Team is greater than 20 players. Having members open to swap in is HUGE for progression. Every kill on the team is a kill for the guild!
