All of our applications are managed via Discord, and to ensure we maintain our high standards and provide a positive experience for all members, we have a few requirements for potential recruits:

• Age: You must be 18 years or older.
• Communication: Comfortable communicating in English and not afraid to speak during raids.
• Teamwork: Prioritise teamwork over individual play.
• Performance: Familiar with your spec/class and aiming for Mythic-level performance.
• Feedback: Open to constructive feedback and willing to improve.
• Preparation: Come prepared for raids with consumables and knowledge of upcoming encounters.
• Reliability: Have a reliable internet connection and a working microphone.
• Characters: Expected to have at least two geared characters for progression.
• Experience: Previous Mythic raiding experience is required.
