HOW TO JOIN VALOR

Whether you’re a casual player looking for a friendly hangout or a hardcore progression player seeking a competitive space, we’ve got you covered. Our focus revolves around multiple raids, PvP, and mythic+ teams, ensuring there’s something for every playstyle.

We pride ourselves on fostering a safe, welcoming, and non-toxic environment. Our community is vibrant and active, with a bustling Discord server and a fantastic team of content creators. We encourage camaraderie, teamwork, and a spirit of helpfulness that allows players of all levels to enjoy the game to the fullest.

VALOR Blue is a Mythic Progression team associated with the guild VALOR that is geared towards CE. In the last tier, we ran into the roster boss which impacted the overall progression (ending at 5/9M). That said, a new raid leader with experience, has stepped into the role and we have been reforming the roster around an excellent core, all with the same goal: CE.

Spots on this team are not guaranteed without maintaining performance. After every raid week, logs are reviewed and performances are evaluated. Regardless of “needs” we are willing to trial during progression to find the best fit for the team.

Needs: HIGH NEED: Enhancement Shaman/Demon Hunter/Mage - Would like: Preservation Evoker - Other: We are willing to accept other strong applicants regardless of class/spec

Requirements for VALOR Blue:

Attendance - show up and be accountable and be okay with being held accountable. With only 6 hours of raiding per week, logging in at 8PM is considered late. We aim to be in raid and ready to pull at 8PM.

Alt - We prefer that you have at least 1 other character that is raid-ready that we can sub depending on needs for fights.

Maintenance - For the first 3 weeks of new seasons, all 3 M+ vault slots must be filled. Following this, M+ is required as long as there are upgrades outside of the raid. Come to raid ready - properly enchanted/gemed, with your own flasks/potions. We provide cauldrons (when available), feasts, and vantus runes.

Attitude - for the sake of progression, be able to take criticism and have a drive to improve. We do not accept any harassment or toxic behavior on the team. We spend a lot of time together so remember to be a team player. We are all friends.

Progression nights: Tuesday and Wednesday 8pm EST - 11PM EST

We do optional community raid nights on Saturdays at 8:30 PM EST. These are meant to be casual and fun with the community. Attendance is not taken/mandatory.

We are always open to taking strong applicants regardless of spec/class.
