Uproar
We are strict with rules and everyone gets treated the same.
Before raids:
- Come prepared: consumables, enchants, research boss fights, knowledge of your class and required ilevel. Please remember that with the guild bank it can only be set to take a stack and not item per day. Core Raiders setting is set at to 5 stacks per day on consumables so you can take 5 different items but you should not take a full 20 stack! You need to split and take a maximum of 3 at a time of an item which is enough for one raid. Anyone abusing this will lose guild bank permissions.
- Unless discussed with Drexyl and Anton, main characters can not be changed during progression
During raids:
- Using Discords voice chat is a must. You can choose to only listen in and have yourself muted, you are not forced to speak out.
- Arrive early. We start forming the group 15 minutes before the set raid time to enable us to start raiding on time.
- Pay attention to our raid leader Drexyl and raid assist Anton
- Follow scheduled breaks (excluding emergencies)
- Any absenses and concerns during raid need to be reported to Drexyl or Anton
- Feel free to share any ideas/experience you think may help during an encounter
- Reguarding loot rules during progression raids:
-Don't equip any item from the raid until the end of the night unless it's a BIS trinket/weapon or a tier piece towards your 4-set. We have a loot council set in place which was agreed by raiders. More information will come from them on the night if needed.
Please keep focus and silence on voice chat during boss encounters, then feel free to joke once on trash. As a reminder, try to keep messages to a minimum unless urgent for Drexyl and Anton as their main focus is leading a steady raid.
