The Dambusters [6/10M] Multi-Team Recruiting

1 - THE DAMBUSTERS is approaching 12 years with the same stubborn Guild Leader since founding during WotLK.

2 - WE ARE NOT specifically a raiding guild. Although we do raid and have come very close to Cutting Edge in the past and want to achieve this as a guild.

3 - NEW MEMBERS will be expected to join Discord and prove they have a brain by completing our short welcome process

4 - EXPERIENCED current tier raiders will be able to join Ironwall as a trialist if they can provide solid logs.

5 - UNPROVEN current tier raiders maybe expected to trial with VIRNAAL to prove themselves for one of the main teams. We do not boost new members to 'Curve' so please don't apply expecting a main team to get you a kill. Hard work and dedication is recognised.

6 - RAID TEAMS are named after dams found in Azeroth.
Currently we have 1 progression raid team:-

IRONWALL [[4/10M+10/10HC] Wed/Thu/Sun: 8pm - 11pm ST led by @Mason (MasonBAzTTV#2887)

*In addition to the scheduled progression raid nights, we also run a 'Sexy Friday' NORMAL raid. This event allows the guild to include socials who can't raid with one of the main teams for whatever reason. It's a chance to gear/practice alts, let off steam, have some drinks and party on Discord. These are 8pm ST Friday nights.
