Raiding
Q: How do I become a Raider?
A: Logs will be reviewed and there will be a trial period to determine cohesion and reliability.
Q: What is expected of a raider?
A: Raiders are expected to be knowlegable and perform well with their chosen spec.
Q: How is raid loot distributed?
A: Group loot will apply in most casess. loot will only be prioritized in certain niche situations, for example a priority tank trinket that will be used in raid. However, a priority tank trinket that will be used in M+ would not be.
Q: Can I log on just for raid every week?
A: No, raiders are expected to gear from other sources besides raid.
Q: Is there a Casual raid group for alts or people interested in tryiing raid?
A: Not currently, but it could be implemented if there is enough interest.
Q: If I have input on a strategy will my voice be heard?
A: Yes, everyones input can be valuable. However, the raid leader will have the final say.
Q: Will I get called out in raid for not doing mechanics correctly, or should I call out people for not doing mechanics correctly?
A: Yes. However, it is extreamely important to remember to not take it personal. Often times people do not know they are making a mistake until it is brought up. Delivery is also important "hey i noticed youre doing X", not "hey stupid youre doing X". Mythic raid requires precision so this is a necessity
