Code of Conduct

All members of the guild, regardless of rank, are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct governs all interactions between guild members and other people, either within the guild or outside. This Code of Conduct applies to all members and all means of communication without exception.
Breaches of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action from the Guild Leadership appropriate to the player's rank and the nature of the breach. Such punishments may include the removel from guild chats, the removel from group chats , the lose of ablities such as being able to remove other mebers , invite members , demote members, guild bank access and the removel from the guild.
Respect others. Treat all other players with dignity and respect. Be respectful of other members of the guild, their abilities, their contributions, and any extra duties they perform to keep the guild running.
We all play to have fun. Don't ruin it for other people. It is you, and not the Guild Leadership, who is primarily responsible for whether you are having fun or not.
Drama will not be tolerated. Disagreements or other behaviours which become disruptive are unacceptable.
Guild rules will inevitably change over time. Members are expected to accept and adhere to new rules regardless of their personal opinions. Be mindful that the Guild Leadership tries to make decisions that are best for the guild as a whole and for the long term, which may not necessarily correspond to the best decision for you personally right now.
Constructive feedback and discussion on all aspects of the guild is always welcome. Complaints should not be made unless accompanied by alternative proposals. All feedback and discussion should respect this Code of Conduct. At this time we ask that you please contact a member of guild ledership in game. Don't see anyone online ? Do not engage in any activity that will bring the guild's name into disrepute. Behaviours such as spamming, trolling, begging, or other anti-social actions are not acceptable.
Do not use excessive explicit language. While we are mostly a group of adults - some childern may join us from time to time. Are guild is open to all lets be nice to one another.
Besszus makes the ruls and other members of guild ledership will do all in theri power to enforce them. If you have a issue with any disciplinary action do not argue. Please send a message via in game mail to Beezus and she will be more then happy to talk to you.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or prejudicial behaviour of any form is expressly forbidden and will be met with immediate expulsion from the guild.
We love to down internet bosses, but not at the cost of fun. Don't ruin that for others.
Positive criticism is a good thing. Members should feel free to give advice and suggestions to other players to improve their play. Equally, Members should view any positive criticism as an opportunity to improve.
Be punctual. Be online before raid invites are issued, and be at the raid entrance and ready to raid before the raid starts. If you can't be online on time, make sure you leave a message saying so. Do not keep people waiting. If you say your going to particapate then we expect for you to do so. We understand life happens, but as we do not raid very offtion it is very importent to show up when you say your going to.
The Raid Leader is the boss. Follow their directions, and be quiet when they are speaking. If discussion is invited, then keep it brief and to the point. Remmber we are here to have fun.
