Rules of conduct and good practice (Strictly observed by everyone)

The World of Warcraft Guilds named “The Last Covenant” and their respective Discord Server from their foundation and henceforth are considered as creations of collective effort and not as products implemented by a single person

1) Respect: We are polite, we avoid insults, sarcasm, and spamming. It is absolutely forbidden to write either racist or sexist jokes/anecdotes. The same applies to comments about politics and anything that could possibly offend a certain group of people.

Our motto is simple: Behind every keyboard there is always a human being

2) There is absolutely no tolerance for bullying players and members of this gaming community. It is clearly stressed: Whoever disobeys the specific rule, will be permanently banned without any further warning or notice either from the Administrators or the Officers

3) It is forbidden to advertise in this Discord Server other guilds, teams or servers. No member “fishing” is allowed. Therefore, anyone who uses such methods, will also be permanently banned without any further warning or notice either from the Administrators or the Officers.

4) No in-game sales, service advertising (lvl up, acc, etc.) is allowed in this gaming community.

5) Any remarks or suggestions are to be submitted only to the Administration Team of this gaming community and only via direct message in Discord.

6) All Private Voice Channels that are numerated (e.g. WoW Party #01) have been made for a specific number of players and can be used by everyone, but we must keep in mind the following

• We do not “invade” in a private channel having already people inside (We must ask a member inside a PVC whether we can join or not)
• We do not use these channels all by ourselves
7) When a member has an issue with another, can send to the Administration Team via direct message in Discord.

8) When we want to ask anything about the games played in the specific gaming community, we discuss it only with the Officer Team. In the case of absence of the Officer Team, we can discuss it with anyone available from the Administration Team.

9) As a final rule we must keep in mind the following: We are firstly friends, then players, we all help each other in-game. None of us was born to know everything – Magic word we use: Solidarity

PENALTY SYSTEM

Bans: Whoever disobeys rules 1 and 3 will receive a warning (strike). Second strike equals ban.

Permanent Bans: Whoever disobeys rules 2 and 4

Channel mutes and blocks: Whoever disobeys rules 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be denied of access to the specific channels.
