What we expect from our members in Raids
- Item level requirement will need to be met before being able to join based on content. If your item level is low and you have not been online doing mythic dungeons or world quests to try and meet the gear requirement then you will not be invited.
- Everyone in Raids is expected to be prepared. Different Tiers of content will have different requirements depending on the difficulty of the challenge. At times that may include full consumables, Flasks, Elixirs, Pots, or whatever is available to maximize your performance.
- Discord, everyone must be in the designated channel for raids and keep comms clear when neccessary
- Attention to the current objective. Not constantly going AFK. When you must go AFK you must notify the raid leader or an officer before leaving. Stay focused and pay attention to what the raid is working on.
- Everyone is expected to treat each other with respect. This is a Game and is intended to be enjoyable. The attitudes and atmosphere should be kept positive. Rude or disparaging comments will not be tolerated.
====================
Since we have limited time each week, we need to make the most of it. Consistently bad play (low output, repeatedly dying to the same mechanics) will be handled as follows:
- Privately they will be talked to by an Officer and informed of a need for improvement. They will offer any needed advice and help you any way possible to help improve your game play.
- 2 weeks will be the time period given to help you work on your game play and make any adjustments neccessary.
