We are open to recruitment again!
Please note that most raid nights will be on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at approx (20:00) server time with sometimes this potentially being extended over to another night in the week if the progress is tight to complete due to a troublesome boss, and sometimes when content is older and on a 'farming status' we will consider reducing the number of raid nights in the week - the raids and tactics will be spoken in English on our discord server.
Whilst most classes and roles are open we have some basic rules that we will remind everyone of:
1) Come punctual (both discord and WoW) and be prepared I.E. repaired, potions, food, flasks - we will provide a fair amount from the guild bank as well as cover repair costs , but we still expect others to bring their own to help out on raids.
** Listen to our raid leaders.**
2) Whilst we all want to keep things fun and we do indeed share some interesting humour amongst us, any form of racism/sexism/religious-hate/political and just in general any offensive people will be removed with a warning, or sometimes without depending on the over all context. - We have a fair amount of male and female players, different ethnics, different sexual orientations and again in our previous guild we experienced some abuse towards all of these players at the most extreme times, those individuals were removed from the guild as a whole.
**This is a guild rule and not just a raiding rule!**
3) New members must note you are on a trial initially, this will be held out during at the very least 2-3 raids, and some dungeons to see what you are capable of, there is no real time frame on this but we expect to come to a final decision within at least 2 weeks of recruitment. If you don't pass the trial, you are more than welcome to stay within the guild as a social and we will look to still help you out when we can and potentially get you back into the raiding team. Do not take offense if we say you're not quite what we're after, we will do what we can to help you along the way. :)
4) If you have a class which has the luxury of changing roles for dungeons and raids, we ask that you learn the off spec as well as the main spec, so we can look to rotate things around from time to time. We deem this as a must in particular for Mythic+ progression and pushes.
If all of this sounds good to you then please apply within.
