Sublime

Sublime (Alliance guild on Sargeras) is 10/10H (AOTC) and is looking to recruit primarily ranged DPS at the moment (like Boomkin, MM Hunter/BM Hunter, Warlocks) to progress into Mythic raiding. We’re open to melee classes (currently need Rogues, Feral Druids, and WW Monks) and other ranged classes as our first priority is to build a community of chill but competent players. We are just a little heavy on the melee classes right now.

Our raid nights are on Wednesday night (9PM – 12AM central time zone) and on Saturday nights (10PM – 1AM central time zone).

Our guild members range from casual players to members that already received their Keystone Mastery Achievement (cleared +15s on-time for all m+ dungeons). We mainly run m+ keys during the week during non-raid nights and sometimes do RBGs as a guild.

Although our goal is to start mythic raiding progression, we value our community above all else and will still allow members to raid, even if they aren’t parsing high, as long as they are doing what they can to improve like reviewing their logs (the guild can help with this), weekly m+ keys (the guild can help complete these), torghast runs to get their max ilvl legendary (the guild can help with these), leveling their conduits, and getting their Maw reputation up for their free gem slots).

Once we get enough players with ranging wants/needs to do different levels of content, we plan to have Wednesday night raids be for the more casual players or those players that want switch their mains or have active alts. We’re very close to doing full heroic CN clears in one night (3 hours)!

If (and hopefully when) we get enough solid players and we feel comfortable going into mythic progression, Saturday night will be the night for the players that are a little more serious about clearing higher level content. We will not be completely cutthroat about this, but if we have to bench someone, one of our Officers will connect with the player to ensure they get the attention they need to understand what they can do to improve.

Training and developing members is our long term strategy in building a great community of players who actually enjoy playing together while improving on their class/spec and completing content.

If you’re looking for a guild that pushes 6/10 M or 10/10M, Sublime will likely not be the guild or community for you. The most Mythic bosses we ever cleared was 3 or 4 in BFA. Since we are currently building our roster and we are already late in the patch, our goal is to kill 2 Mythic bosses by end of patch, though we would happily attempt to down more if we can with our player base.
