Silverwing Eternal operates on planned activities at a ratio of 60: 40.
60% being the main focus of the Guild.
60% Includes the following:
* 3 Days per week being “Off-time”
We will not organize scheduled guild events on chill days. It’s a game. Play it how you want without feeling like you’re missing out. It’s your time. Spend it however you want. Whether that’s in other games, IRL stuff, levelling, hanging out, creating your own M+/ Pvp/ Transmog/ Mount/ Raid groups or pugging other content. No expectations.
* 1 Day per week hosting a scheduled social event/ chilled team activity.
A scheduled activity that anyone can sign up for. PVP, Transmog runs, Mount Runs, Achievement Runs, and periodically big unique social events with prizes. Please take note of adverts in Guild chat and promotional images on Discord.
* 1 Day per week for a guild-wide, scheduled M+ evening where each and every member who signs up will have the opportunity to complete a Mythic Keystone for that week. This ensures that no matter what happens, which groups are formed or how often people are online, everyone will have an official date and time to get a key done for their Mythic chest.
40% Includes:
* 2 Days per week dedicated to Raiding.
(As we are re-building from fresh, we are actively recruiting and will begin Raiding once we have enough members and roles to do so)
Note on Raiding: This is dependant on interest from members. We will go at the pace of the team as a whole. Normal Raids will be cleared for sure. Heroic progress will be a bonus. Aiming for Curve is the ultimate goal.
