We are a newly formed guild made up of top-tier players with a strong track record of Cutting Edge achievements and high-rated titles. As a semi-hardcore guild, our focus is on efficiently progressing through Mythic content with speed and precision.

Here are the principles we live by:

1. **You’re only as good as your last pull**  
   Every attempt matters. Stay focused and give 100% every time.
   
2. **No egos**  
   Individual skill is important, but you’re part of a 20-player team. We won’t let one person’s attitude hurt the morale or performance of the group.
   
3. **Do your job**  
   Whether you’re DPS, healing, or tanking, perform your role exceptionally. Handle mechanics and avoid unnecessary deaths.
   
4. **The best players play**  
   Mythic progression spots are earned through performance, not seniority. No one has guaranteed job security—not even leadership.
   
5. **Preparation is key**  
   Skill is important, but preparation is non-negotiable. Knowing each boss fight inside and out is essential. Mistakes are forgivable; lack of preparation isn’t.
