Rum Ham is a semi-hardcore guild made up of friends who like to kill bosses together. We strive to have a competitive, yet non-toxic environment. We want to have fun! Most of our players hang out outside of raid times - reviewing logs, chilling in disc, or playing other games. We pride ourselves in our community.

Our ultimate goal in raiding is to achieve Cutting Edge on a 2-day schedule. We expect raiders to take individual responsibility to gear up and prepare for fights. We follow a "run with the pack" mentality - where all raiders should perform as well, if not better, than the rest. We understand that our raiders have lives outside of WoW, so we just ask that raiders communicate well when RL comes up.
