As people are starting to get more interested in raid progress since Shadowlands will soon hit live, we want to introduce a more casual raid option for those who want to progress, but doesn't have the experience or don't want to push as hard.
If you're new to the game, watching out for a lot of things can be overwhelming and we understand that this might put a lot of pressure on you and in this case, you should stick to learning basic raid mechanics, positioning and simply how to use your class. For this reason, we're going to have 2 raid teams.
We have our "Core" raid team, which is invite-only.
We raid two times a week and we expect players to bring their best, take it seriously, show up in time and progress with us.
And we'll have a "Casual" raid team, who can raid 1-2 times a week depending on what you prefer, no requirements and no judging.
People who're doing well in the Casual team and if we have spots in our Core team, will be considered to join our Core team.
Also, members of the Core team (based on availability) will happily join the Casual team's dungeons to help them out.
Hopefully this small change will make raiding more available to everyone, regardless of experience or goals.

Please note that even if you're experienced and want to join our Core team, we require to play with you a couple raids to make sure that you'd be a good fit.
