///PROGRESS GOALS///

Our goal is to clear raids on heroic difficulty and as we get our raid group geared we're aiming for mythic. Normal is by no way our end goal.

During the first few weeks of the raid tier our goel is to clear the entire raid as fast as possible, this means that we are going to extend the raid lockouts to achieve this goal.

///RAIDING DAYS///

From Shadowlands we're going to raid on Wednesday and Sunday.
This allows us to have an optional raiding day on Mondays or Tuesday if we couldn't complete the raid in the current reset.

///RAIDING SCHEDULE AND TIMEFRAME///

Our raids are starting at 20:00 PM server time.
This means that we're going to hit the first boss at this time, not start forming the group.
We expect raiders to be online at least 10 mins prior with pots, flasks and food ready.
You can be AFK till the raid starts, just make sure you're in the raid group and ready.

///EXPECTATIONS///

As we want to seriously progress with raiding, we expect every raider to bring their A game.
One of the reasons we're raiding now late in the expansion is to pick the ideal people who we want in our regular raid group.
We're going to be strict about this and as much as we like playing with everyone, we won't allow people in the group who can't listen to tactics or blaming others.

///CLASS LEADERS///

We rediscussed our class leader ideas and we're not going to be waiting for applications, we're going to pick the ranged, melee and healer class leaders, based on their behaviour and performance.
If you want to be considered for this position, learn the raid mechanics, know your class and be good at communication.
We're going to pick you if we feel like you're the best to cover this position.
