Last night we made some changes to our in-game and Discord rankings and created a couple new channels to use.
I'll also talk about raid requirements in this update, if you're aiming for getting invited to our raiding team.
///GUILD RANKS///
We have created new in-game guild ranks based on the endgame content that each want to focus on including... Raider M+ PvP Everyone who we're not sure about what type of endgame content he or she is seeking, we asigned M+. Raiders rank will be reserved for our raid team and it's invite-only. This will mean that we're going to demote a couple people, please don't take it personally.
///DISCORD RANKS & CHANNELS///
We've created a new Raiders rank on Discord, granting access to our #raiders channel for the raiding team. We've also created a channel named Private (1-on-1 Chat). As the name suggest this is for private 1-on-1 discussions, if you see two people on the channel please be respectful and don't enter until they're finished.
///GETTING INTO OUR RAIDING TEAM///
We've invited a couple players last night and we'll continue to look for great talents in the upcoming weeks. When considering who we invite, we're going to look for people who...
-Know/able to follow the mechanics and tactics
-Add to the conversation on voice (being silent is fine if you need to focus, but screaming/blaming etc. is not accepted)
-Show up in time for raid and be prepared (flasks, pots, food)
-Perform well based on the role (we don't expect top dps or heals, the other criterias are much more important)
-Know their class and spec And also we want to make sure everyone in the raid have a positive attitude and we only invite people who the raid accepts.
Every requirement checked above go to waste if people don't really want to play with you. We rather not risk losing players from our roster because of that.
