RAIDING (CE VOTI, CE ATSC)

We have high expectations with regards to participation, attendance, and preparation. If you plan on raiding with us you should expect to have near perfect attendance and be willing to prioritize guild progression over personal goals. Our focus will always be downing bosses over everything else. During raid you will also be expected to know what you are doing and when to do it so that we can minimize the time spent on each boss and maximize our 2 day a week schedule.

Most of our members spend their time together on discord even when we aren't raiding.

ROSTER

Since forming we have found an extremely solid roster of players that love playing the game together, and pushing each other to be the best in their respective roles. We fill our roster to 23-24 players depending on the current player market (along with other factors) and rotate through as necessary. The purpose here is to have a bench built into the roster, as well as encourage healthy competition to secure a spot on the roster for a given boss. We understand life is more important than the game, this gives us the ultimate flexibility throughout the tier.
