<Rain> is a Cutting Edge (CE) focused guild, lead by former CE and hall of fame officers. If achieving Cutting Edge is not your main focus while raiding, then <Rain> may not be the guild for you.

Our main goal with <Rain> is to create a Cutting Edge guild, that respects our players time. We do this in 3 ways...

Competitive Raider Spots - All our raid spots are competitive. There are no cliques in <Rain> we bring our best 20 each week and spend the off days auditing and helping our players improve. There is no coasting in this guild and the officer team will make sure no one player is holding the team back.
TEAM Environment - We are a TEAM at <Rain> and as a team we discuss all boss strategy openly. We ask for suggestions, comb through logs, and review replays/streams of our pulls. We work hard to make sure we always come back stronger for our next raid.
Experienced Officer Team - Our officer team is made up of EX Cutting Edge and Hall of Fame players who have years of experience leading guilds. We have a plan for each boss organized in advanced and make sure our team is prepared with proper resources and Weak Auras. Drama is not tolerated and squashed immediately.

<Rain> is a Mythic Progression guild devoted to creating a fun, engaging, raid atmosphere that focuses on progression and player improvement. As a newer guild that is less than a year old, our goal is Cutting Edge (CE). We are looking for players dedicated to achieving that goal. We are led by CE experienced raiders who are dedicated to pushing the guild forward and helping our players improve.

One of our core tenants is respect for our raider’s time. That includes maintaining a drama-free environment with open and honest feedback as well as holding people accountable regardless of rank or status on the team. Our mindset is “fail to succeed”. In short: we are human and it is more than OK to make mistakes, but it is unacceptable to repeat those mistakes, come unprepared to an encounter and waste your teammate’s time. Our perspective is we will succeed and fail as a team. We encourage learning from each other’s mistakes in order to achieve success. What we aim to do is hold each other accountable and remove habitual sub-bar performance to ensure the team is always on a successful path. Below are something we feel set us apart from other guilds…

Multiple Raider Ranks - The longer you raid with us the higher your raider rank grows. Officers will often probe these individuals for strategy suggestions, feedback, or help with underperforming players. These ranks are meant to be a symbol of respect not a special privilege. All Raiders are held to the same standards regardless of rank.

Focus on Player Improvement - We feel time is better spent helping our players improve rather than replacing them. Our Role Officers work hard to help each player improve and regularly ask for feedback on how the guild as a whole can improve.

Be a part of a Team - When you raid with Rain, you are a part of a TEAM! We have officer meetings openly, cover strategy together, and even ask raiders to vote for which boss to kill next or what days to ALT raid. We want Rain to be YOUR guild and that means your voice will always be heard.
