COMMUNITY:

By far, this is the most important aspect of our guild and the reason why it's at the top of these guild-lines. Our goal is to have a community of like-minded individuals that not only enjoy this game but also each-others company. We will remain a small close-knit group, never getting too big where people get lost in the fold. Out of respect for each other, we ask that our members refrain from bringing up controversial topics and any discussions that include Politics/Race/Religion, etc in our public discord (text and voice). You are welcome to take those discussions to a private channel, but please leave them out of any of our public forums. Needless to say, there is a zero-tolerance policy for any type of hate speech including any racist, sexist, homophobic, comments.

RAIDING AND MYTHIC PLUS

1. We are an AOTC focused guild and we do our best to achieve AOTC as quickly and efficiently as possible.

2. We have no intention to delve into Mythic with any seriousness. At most, we may only do the first few bosses which are usually loot piñatas. The only reason we would ever step into Mythic progression would be solely for fun (after AOTC is achieved) provided we have the 20 required.

3. Benching: It's not as bad as it sounds. We take our heroic raiding seriously to the point that parses are looked over and anyone holding the team back, whether it be mechanics, performance, or attendance issues, maybe temporarily benched until such time that the issue is resolved. We do this for two reasons. a) It allows us to continue to progress in a timely fashion b) It's unfair to the rest of the team to have to be forced to carry anyone during progression for whatever reason.

Again, if you are benched, it's not the end of the world. There are several people here that are capable and willing to assist you in remedying any issues you may be having with your class/spec or mechanic. Also, we would introduce you to tools (both online and in-game) that could help further your performance or make whatever obstacle you're facing that much easier to overcome.

4. Attendance: If you are on the raid team, we require a 90% attendance rate which is also tracked each raid. If you are late or absent, please let an officer know with at least 4 hours' notice. If attendance and/or tardiness becomes an ongoing issue, it will most likely result in removal from the raid roster.

5. Mythic Keys: Raiders should complete at least one 10 key each week for a chance at loot from the Tuesday weekly cache. We have a channel called #mythic-plus to help facilitate that request. Use that channel to post your key or volunteer to help others run and push their keys.

Important: If a guild member helped successfully chest your key (especially high keys), as a courtesy, please extend an offer to that same guild member for the following key since they did put time and effort to push the previous key.

And last but not least, Just be a nice human being!
