At New Paradigm, we blend the thrill of raiding with the joy of socializing, crafting a unique space where fans of both aspects can discover their perfect gaming community. Formerly known as At Work, our guild was established during the late stages of BfA with the vision of creating a true home for players in Azeroth and beyond.

Regardless of your WoW experience, we welcome everyone to join our ranks. Even if you're new to PvE content, we believe in cultivating an environment that encourages growth and provides opportunities for players ready to take their skills to the next level. Join us on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 20:00 to 23:00 server time to embark on exciting raiding adventures. And don't miss our Social events every Sunday at the same time slot, designed for those seeking a more relaxed experience - these can sometimes include raids too!

For the folks that are looking for the most cohesive Raid Group experience we have, there is the Raider team.
While all our raids are open to everyone, folks with the Raider role are split out and have priority on loot.
In return, these people commit to raiding with us for the entire progression cycle on a new tier and agree to the following requirements;

- Commit to helping other raiders out where possible to ultimately get to the last boss and achieve Ahead of the Curve in a tier.
- Commit to our schedule of Wednesday & Thursday raiding @ 20:00hr - 23:00hr (Server Time / GMT+1).
- Commit to our raiding pace and won't PUG any bosses our raid group hasn't killed yet.

The last point is mainly relevant for folks who perhaps enjoy a faster progression pace that what we're clearing the raid at.
This means that Socials are free to PUG whatever they want or raid with us, with the knowledge that our own raider team does have priority on loot because of the commitments they make. In other words, something for everyone and it's the players choice what they prefer!

Beyond raiding, we actively seek out Mythic+ enthusiasts to form dynamic groups. Our guild already has a vibrant community of players eager for more M+ action, so the more, the merrier! This aspect of New Paradigm perfectly complements our social atmosphere. We're not solely focused on pushing boundaries and achieving greatness; we have a host of friendly individuals who relish the game's more leisurely facets and simply wish to have a great time hanging out with friends.
