HEY FELLOW GUILD MEMBERS
Raid:
In last attempt we got to 6/10 Castle Nathria HC in one night. Since we struggled a bit at last 3 bosses we decided to scale down our group for those with better performance over all (damage, healing, deaths, mechanic execution, ...) - 2/3/9 setup. It went smoothly after. This setup will continue on our second day of raiding! More we gear core players more we can carry on following week.
New improved strategy will be as follows:
- Catch up raid is on every Saturday 21:00 server time (normal run for first-timers or alts) - minimum 180 ilvl!
- To attend a HC run you must have a full normal cleared and somewhat 195 ilvl. Otherwise we lose too much time in explaining tactics and carrying dead characters.
- Untill you are completely aware of strategy and have a decent DPS, you must have full pack of consumables!
- On reset days we will grab as many players as we can and will continue as so untill we fail 2 times on same boss. Than we reduce size of the group.
- Guild will continue to have priority in raid spots
- Specific bosses are harder for larger group so we might reduce size only for that boss and reinvite after (as we did last time)
I hope everyone understands that progress is the most important part of Raiding.
Mythic+
With great pleasure I am checking your RIO going up. Thing I miss is to see full guild dungeon groups. Some are far over 1k rio, other still at 200.
Mythic + is a key addition to improve the quality of equipment and armor. It also helps to make a better choice of equipment in the new week.
I wish I could see individuals who would take on the burden of a leader and put together a group of players for mythic + from guild. An invitation via the calendar is enough. The use of a discord platform is also desirable as it facilitates the entire course of the run. I have been practicing this system personally for 5 years and it works :)
