MMORPG Mafia

We are considered a semi-hardcore and an after work guild who raid mostly on Wednesdays and Mondays from 21:00 till 00:00 (SERVER time). Why so late? We have kids that need to go to bed :)

We have a core team of good raiders but sadly not enough to count as guild run as we used to in previous expansions. Usually we clear Normal and Heroic versions of raid in first weeks of raid release. 
Being not a full guild group results in waiting far too long for the cross-realm mythic edition. At that point many may already take a break before the next patch.

At the moment we are trying to find people who have knowledge for raids and mythic+ dungeons (M+ is prefered for faster character development and raid progression)
to make a solid full core team for raiding.

WHAT ROLE IS GUILD LOOKING FOR?
Mostly needed dps, healers and if possible some hybrids! (tank+dps, healer+dps, ...) - for the unexpected things... (job, sick kid, angry gf/wife ;) , etc. - life is very real)

 
WHAT DOES GUILD EXPECT FROM ME?
- We expect somewhat high attendance from our raiding team.
- seriousness when in front of bosses!
- contribution to guild vault for consumables (herbs, potions, food/feasts, etc.)
- activity for at least weekly m+ runs

OTHER THINGS I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
We are all gonna be tested at first weeks of the raids and adjustments are expected to be done - if the performance is poor.
For mistakes during encounters you will be pointed out, but you will also be advised how to overcome a certain problem. Frequent fails result in the kick for the night.

SOCIAL PART?
Maintaining a friendly atmosphere is a goal for everyone. Rage and toxic behavior has no place in our guild.

Mythic+ only players are also welcome. We always like higher end content!
