Welcome to the Swim Team

Welcome to Molten Core Swim Teams, a WoW guild tracing its routes back to Wrath of the Lich King. We've stuck around since then playing on and off through the expansions and are looking to build up our roster and team for Dragonflight content. We are a relaxed, friendly, and casual guild with a semi-hardcore focus on raid progression to achieve Ahead of the Curve. We've returned after a break to focus on Classic content and are eager to get back into raiding so if you are a dedicated and consistent player then we are looking for you! Feel free to apply for a more casual spot and join us for any of the following content:

Raiding
- Ahead of the Curve focus with alt raids when needed
Mythic+
- We often push keys and aim for Keystone Master
Battlegrounds & Arenas

We are happy to help gear you up or provide friends to experience the content with. We utilize a Loot Council system for loot to ensure that gear is put in the most optimal places for the raids progression.

Recruitment

Rules

-Be mature, check your drama and egos at the door.
-No toxic remarks or behavior, be constructive with your feedback and words.
-No racism, hate speech, or any other form of bigotry.
-Be respectful of others and their time

Expectations

-Come to guild events (raid, m+, pvp) prepared.
-Show up on time to events, we require a 90% attendance percentage for Core spots.
-Accept and understand that depending on role, composition, and team requirements you may be benched for some fights.
-Work with officers to improve your gameplay as needed and take constructive feedback.

Our Philosphy

We are a guild created and managed by a group of close friends who have been raiding since back in Lich King. We've seen what works and what doesn't and look to continue to achieve Ahead of the Curve in raiding and other relevant achievements in other content. We are strictly against toxicity and are happy to work with our members to help them improve. We work on a Loot Council distribution method for gear now that Master Looter has returned and award gear based on class priority, merit, and attendance. There is always room for growth with officer and leadership positions open to those who are interested and show initiative.
