Knights Who Say Yeet

For the most part we are a community of friends from all walks of life primarily united through Burning Man and use it's core principles as our guild values. While some values may not directly apply to gaming and World of Warcraft we will strive to include them where applicable.

1. Radical Inclusion - Anyone may be a part of our guild. Everyone who chooses to participate with us should be included.
   Gifting - People involved in our guild should value gifting unconditionally. This can be anything from game knowledge or helping out other guildmates in any other manner you individually see fit.
2. Radical Self-Reliance - The guild encourages the individual to discover, exercise, and rely on his or her inner resources. This is applied in game through showing up to events/raid you plan to attend ready and prepared for the task at hand via the proper level equipment, knowledge, etc.
3. Radical Self-Expression - Radical self-expression arises from the unique gifts of the individual. No one other than the individual or a collaborating group can determine its content. It is offered as a gift to others. In this spirit, the giver should respect the rights and liberties of the recipient.
4. Communal Effort - Our guild values creative cooperation and collaboration. We strive to work together whenever possible for the betterment of ourselves as well as the guild as a whole.
5. Civic Responsibility - We value civil society. Guild members should assume responsibility for public welfare and endeavor to communicate civic responsibilities to other guildmates.
6. Participation - Our guild is committed to a radically participatory ethic. We believe that transformative change, whether in the individual or in the guild, can occur only through the medium of deeply personal participation.
7. Immediacy - Immediate experience is, in many ways, the most important touchstone of value in our guild. We seek to overcome barriers that stand between us through action. This is applied in areas such as if you want to run a group or get people together to do something, speak up and say so! Action is always the best path towards success and hopefully we can all make a few more friends along the way! 
   We feel that these core values can help shape us into becoming better players, guildmates, and lastly humans outside of Azeroth as well. We aren't seeking to be a "Burning Man guild" but to apply it's principles as a way of making our guild stronger as a community.
