Raid Times/Days: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8pm-11pm EST

Current Progression: 10/10H

Requirements: Mythic experience is a plus but all exceptional players will be considered, a progression mindset is mandatory.

Needs: Currently in need of healers, melee and ranged DPS

What you can expect from us:
We will be pushing not only ourselves but the entire guild to strive for more.
We will continue to look at improving strats that we have for bosses as is to make it easier on everybody as a whole.
We will be constantly recruiting to make sure that we have plenty of people wanting a spot in the raid to encourage competition for X spot.
We will go through logs and make sure that people are NOT sneaking by without using pots and flasks - Will be addressed on a person - person basis not raid wide unless it is more than two people.
As a whole we will constructively try to help people as much as possible but it is on the person to meet us halfway and help themselves.

What we expect from you:
We expect every raider to bring their A game whether it is a farm night or progression night.
Open and positive outlook on raid and talks during raid. All raiders should have a positive outlook on all fights and focus and try to kill for entire duration of the raid.
Pots and Flasks are expected. The guild hands them out to people, if you do not ask for them it is on you. We still expect you to be using them and we will NOT be accepting the answer “Oh, I forgot” or “it isn’t on my actionbar”.

Attendance:
Raider must maintain a 90% attendance
Raider must provide valid excuse 24 hours prior to the start of raid
Excuses’ not accepted: Headache, runny nose, cat on fire, fish drowning,
This means that you are able to miss two raids per month.
