Vision

Our vision for Inceptum is mythic raiding 2 nights a week with a solid team that is giving all they have to go for CE. We will banter, we will have fun and make cringe moments together as a team. We have achieved a stable core team (18 players) on each raid night.

We have decided to focus more on the social aspect, m+ tournaments, a lot of Social/alt runs, lots of discord, keys and people having fun. Glory runs, all the things we used to do and now we just want to get back to our roots and enjoy the game more.

Provide
We provide a Mythic progress raids with a good environment and heroic reclears. During progress we give a chance to learn the fights and progress while having fun and a bit of banter. We focus completely on 1 team and have a lot of alt runs next to it. This team is managed by 4 different officers.

Raid days
We raid on 2 mandatory nights a week:
Wednesday & Sunday 20:30 - 23:30 server time (most likely extending to 3 nights/week when a new raid releases)
Optional Thursday raid 20:30-23:30 server time

Keys

Looking for M+ enthusiasts in every range. Low keys, mid keys, high keys. People who would like to join and push high keys (20s-25s+) with us, as well as casual keys, for we are always doing keys in the evening. Mostly need healers and tanks, but dps are always welcome. Any class/spec is welcome for all specs are good when played right. We have players who do low keys, have KSM range and to top 1%.
