Guild guidelines

Progression: We believe that progressing as a guild is important, therefore we ask that if you raid with us, that you also do not pug raids beyond where the guild has progressed.
Attendance: We do not have a minimum attendance threshold. However, we do ask that you sign up to the raid calendar or remove yourselves from the invite if you are no longer able to make it at least 2 days before the raid. This is so that the raid organisers can help plan the raid to see if there are any alternative arrangements that need to be made.
First names: We generally communicate with each other on a first name basis and encourage newcomers to do so as well. We find that this helps foster a friendly environment and help us get to know one another. However, we know that some people may not be comfortable with this, so please let us know if you prefer not to be known by your first name.
Discord: We have a relatively active discord server which we use for voice communications, updates and other banter. We would encourage you to also have a working mic to participate, but if you do not then we would like that you are at least able to listen.
Maturity: We do not have a minimum age policy, but we do expect a level of maturity from our members. Saying that, the average age of the guild does trend older (30+).
Anti-social behavior: We are not anti-fun and do encourage playful banter. However, we have a very low tolerance for any deliberate hateful speech, rude or disrespectful behavior.
