We are currently recruiting for all roles, we have an established 6/8 Heroic raid team that we need a few dps and at least one more solid healer for. We are also looking for a bench tank to come in when our raid tanks aren't available.
We are a late night guild, raid times are 9:30pm-12:00 Tuesday and Thurday.
We have members on daily actively pushing mythic+ content, pvp, and on top of 2 progression raids a week we do run normal farm for alts and other members on Saturdays.

Goals
- Complete AOTC efficiently with a casual 5 hour raid week.
- Build and maintain a roster of like minded players to push into Mythic Raiding.
- Foster an environment that encourages players to form multiple Mythic+ groups.

Raider Expectations
- Raids are Tuesdays & Thursdays. Invites go out at 9:15pm server time (CST), first pull at 9:30pm.
- Arriving to raid ready and on time for invites.
- Providing notice when you are not available for raid through the attendance channel.
- Selecting a main character for the tier.
- Maintaining an item level commensurate with the content being cleared.
- Knowing your class and keeping up to date on how to optimize your character (rotation, enchants, gems, consumables, stat weight, legendaries)
- Knowing boss fights and strategies ahead of time. Strategies will be posted in the raids channel.
-DeadlyBossMods and WeakAuras are a must. We will post weakauras as needed.
- Participating in some mythic + content for vault upgrades.

Raid Etiquette
- Alts are not permitted to raid until the content is on farm. Currently we have normal and 5/8 heroic on farm.
- Gearing mains is our priority over alts.
- Under performing raiders may be asked to sit in order to progress on the encounter.
- As we progress into mythic content, the roster will consist of 20 players with some raiders on the bench. Players will be rotated into the raid as needed.
