High Guild of The Dead

Good Day/Evening and everything in between,

Your guildmaster here. So just to break it down quick and what we planing for Shadowlands and what we currently doing, as well as who we are.

What We Stand for : 

1.  We've decided to reclassify the guild as a Semi-Hardcore progression guild - This does not mean we wont be taking on the end game content, we are dedicated towards growing a prosperous High Guild of the Dead. We are the High Guild of the Dead. With renewed excitement and passion, should adult life permit us, we'll be online and active every night.

2. We are a non bullshit guild - We are all adults and thus we expect to be dealing with adults. I dont have time to run a kinder garden.

3. When there is an Issue, let guild leadership know - I can not stress this enough, if there is an issue speak your mind dont keep quite. Even if the guild master pissed you off. Let me know im not perfect. You can also reach out to anybody from the management team to represent you.

4. Dont waste our time with childish behaviour! 

NB: 5. ATTENDANCE. I cannot stress how important it is for our Guild Members to show up. Attendance henceforth will be a make or break point for any core-related guild activities. We can't grow alongside members of our guild that doesn't show up or put the time and effort in. With that being said, we're not monsters that requires you to put your daily life on hold for WoW. We're all working adults with friends, families and responsibilities. If you show intent on being a part of the core group and you do not prove your merit, we will find somebody to replace you for the betterment of the guild. 

Currently Doing : 

1. Castle Nathria Heroic Progression.  

2. When we are needed we can login. This includes anybody from the Guild Management Team as well. If you should need to contact us out of WoW hours, wisp us for contact details. 

3. Recruiting for Shadowlands.

Plans for Shadowlands :

1. Core Raiding Team - This will be comprised of people that are dedicated enough to raid twice a week depending on circumstances and Guild sentiment.

2. Mythic Team - This will be the stepping stone to get into the Core Raiding Team, as we need to complete as many mythics as we can per week.

3. Possible PVP Team - This will be left to people who are interested in PVP. I as the guildmaster are not to keen on PVP thus if the guild would like to start create a team and go for it.
