HALP SHARK

<HALP SHARK> is a midcore Mythic focused guild based on US-Mal'ganis (formed March 2nd 2023). We are looking to recruit active and dependable members seeking a long term guild and community. We are a guild of mostly older professionals that have all played WoW for literal decades at this point and competed in all levels of content at some point or the other. We strive to maintain a 6 hour a week normal raid schedule, with also working towards the goal of CE each tier.

Recruitment Needs
===================

We are looking for players to round out our core mythic raiding team for Dragonflight moving into Patch 10.1, as well as all Mythic+ Runners. We make it a goal of the guild to try and make sure everyone gets their Mythic+ vault filled each week, and to make sure everyone has Keystone Hero as close to the start of every season as possible. We also do fun runs, achievement runs, and alt runs as requested by our playerbase.

Recruitment Requirements
==========================

Competence - We expect our raiders to come prepared and knowledgeable about both the specific encounters we are working on, and to show a high level of proficiency in there specific class and role. Everyone learns encounters at different rates and we understand that, but we also expect you do research before hand, and to come VERY PREPARED.

Personality - We come from all walks of life, but the guild as it stands now is mostly filled with adult professionals in the 25 to 45 age bracket, we tend to have a twisted sense of humour and zero tolerance for drama or toxic behaviour. If this is something you can appreciate you will get along well in <HALP SHARK>

Time commitment - We are only looking to take people who are willing to put in this time to both raid and do a minimum of required weekly keys, we understand that everyone has a work/life balance outside of the game, but we feel its a waste of everyone elses if some are not willing to put forth the required effort. That said we try and respect real life > all.

Tuesday - 6 PST / 9 EST to 9PST / 12EST (3 Hours)
Wednesday - 6 PST / 9 EST to 9PST / 12 EST (3 Hours - optional heroic)
Thursday - 6 PST / 9 EST to 9PST / 12EST (3 Hours)
