Raid Structure 9.1 (Short Post)

'lo folks,

Recently I updated you on the plans for 9.1 raidings and I wanted to post something separate so I could focus on the structure of the two individual teams.

First, I would like to announce that our long term member and a rather suave paladin, Aúrum will be taking over as the main Raid Leader for this patch. Aúrum will lead Doombringers and start the ball rolling for Team Executors to be formed.

To support Aúrum, we have been in conversation with our lovely Byx. He has agreed to step up and support the guild in this fashion as the Assistant Raid Leader.

A HUGE congratulations to you both and a larger thank you from me.

Speaking of thanking people, I would like to take a moment to thank Yas (Runehorn) for ALL of his hard work on Castle Nathria. He has grown and with him so have we, it has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to raiding side by side with you in the future.

Just a quick summary then;

Team Doombringers (Chill Group)

As explained previously, this group will be the first and baseline group for the guild. It will take on a more chilled approach to its sister team and progress at its own pace, though we do expect everyone to bring their A-game in every session. This will include all consumables, know the tactics and focus on each fight.

This team will be more dynamic in its structure, depending on size and who can attend. To start we would ask that you complete the application on the site for Team Doombringers (here). Ensure you use your main character you want to use, and once we get a better understanding of who will be joining us, we can arrange roles and the final structure of the team.

We will have a raid leader stand up from the team to succeed Aúrum once discussions start around the second team. Should you be interested then give Astus a shout.

Team Executors (Progression Group)

This team will be the one for those who really want to push themselves. The team will form a few weeks* after we start raiding and a lot of conversations will be had to ensure everything is above board and correct for the guild.

Along with Aúrum and Byx as the raid leaders, Krashe will be on hand as an official point of contact for all guild administrative matters which will create a checks and balances system. This will allow people to focus on their respective roles, not be too much work for any single individual and to keep the focus on the core values of the guild, fun.
