Attendance
You are expected to be at 90% of raid nights. All vacations/life events/work travel are not counted against you if you give at least two weeks notice.
If you are >10 min late, you will be swapped for someone on the bench.
1st No Call/No Show is a warning and benched for the week; 2nd No Call/No Show is subject to removal from the raid team.
All attendance issues can be avoided by using the attendance channel and communicating with officers. If you are having IRL issues, the officers would love to help you figure it out. Just reach out to us!

Raid Readiness
GNO provides food, flasks, vantus runes, enchants, gems, and repair gold to it’s raiders.
Please bring your own Augment Runes and Battle Potions.

Please be logged in and ready to pull trash at the start of raid time (6PST/9EST) Before raid, review the posted videos/strats/WAs in the appropriate bosses’ discord channel. Feel free to ask questions in the accompanying thread.

Everyone makes mistakes when learning a new boss, but if you are struggling due to being unprepared, we will move you to the bench for the night.

Raid Roster GNO’s mythic roster will on avg. consist of 24-25 members.
All raiders are expected to have their main toon ready to raid at all times! Just because you are on the bench during one boss, does not mean that you will be on the bench for all of them. If you are on the bench, stay sharp and be ready to jump in! We do not have a perma-bench and all raiders should expect to raid!

Trials
The trial period for GNO is 4 weeks or 8 raid nights. The factors we use evaluate trials are attendance, attitude, being a team player, and proficiency on their toon. Raw DPS/HPS numbers, while helpful, are not a sole indication of how you are performing. Additionally, improvement between raid nights, lack of needless deaths, following raid strats, and mechanical execution give a much better picture of a player’s performance.

Loot
We use the addon RCLootCouncil.
The purpose of using RC is to cut down on random rolls (98s, 99s, 100s) as well as assist in seeing who needs loot. The focus of early progression will be to get everyone their 2pc and 4pc tier. Someone getting their 2pc is a greater priority than someone finishing their 4pc.

Actual Loot Council:
Each Week 2 Raider Ranks in rotation plus 3 Officers will make up the council.
Raid Lead aka will not be on the loot council.

BiS items will default to whomever looted - BiS loose definition would be something that is "S" tier for that slot for you and wouldn't be replaced unless by an ilvl upgrade of the same item. These things are sometimes fluid and have dependencies on optimized gear so sim your shit and figure it out.

Trials within the first two weeks have the lowest priority of gear for the council and are equal to off spec unless it's to a flex player who uses said off spec in our raid.

Additional Requirements
All raiders are to complete at least 1 15+ key a week, complete KSM in a timely manner and or min. level to max M+ gear, and stay up to date on the campaign/reputation
