Fused has Fans

Fused has Fans is a long time raiding guild formed by a merger between the guilds Fate has Fans and Fused. We have been around since launch with most of our members being in their late-20's and early-30's, for this reason we raid on a light raid schedule.

Our raiding times are Wednesday and Sunday from 19:30-23:00 server time. We will rarely extend (only if we had a very low % attempt before end raid), if we extend it will only be 30 minutes more. Optional or Extended raid days will happen on Monday where we do HC or alt raids on the current raid patch (these are optional).

What we expect from you:
• To have a minimum of 90% attendance every month.
• To arrive at the raid at 19:30 server time ready to pull for 19:45.
• To come prepared with up-to-date knowledge of your class and how to utilize & contribute effectively with the raid team. (Be able to play your class to a raid worthy standard.)
• To come to raid with the required flasks, pots and food including farm runs.
• Minimize any unnecessary afks throughout raid-time only until assigned breaks.
• To be present whilst clearing trash.
• To research all potential raid encounters before the raid. (You can find the majority of the raid tactics on our discord).
• To be able to vocally communicate within raid encounters only when required to do so.
• To be able to handle constructive criticism (and dish it out if needed).
• To complete your wishlist from the current raid and update it accordingly - https://wowaudit.com/eu/tarren-mill/fused-has-fans/main/raids/wishlist. Officers will use this to drop you in and out.
• To attend the raid with the following addons:
- RC Loot Council - Without you will receive no loot (which is tradeable).
- DBM or Bigwigs
- Weakauras - This is most definitely required to help with progression.
- Exorsus Raid Tools - For Notes / Visual Map Notes

Trial Rank:
If you are trialing with you will be under review for the entire period. You will be promoted to raider once your performance has stopped drastically improving to a point where it has stagnated. At this point it will be evaluated by the officer team whether or not you have successfully passed or failed the trial.
