“For the Invicta’s” Code of Conduit for the Raiders

1. Team’s composition:

The team’s composition of a given raid group is at the discretion of the raid leader on Normal
and Heroic mode.
Regarding Mythic (20 players), the raid leader will announce the team to that lockout
beforehand and as soon as possible, prioritizing those with 100% attendance and with
accepted status on the calendar for the respective lockout.
Raiders who are not chosen for a given raid night must still be present and accounted for
throughout the duration of the entire raiding period (in game and on TeamSpeak), making
themselves available should the raid leader decides so.
It’s also important to mention that the team has a Main Raid Leader and a Co -Raid Leader, this
assistant assumes the function of the Main Raid Leader when he’s not present.

2. Raid/Events Schedules and lock-outs:

During the last week of each month, the Raid Leader /Co- Raid Leader will schedule all the
progress raids for the following month. Every Raider is obligated to sign up at the end of each
lock-out (every Tuesday) in order to be present in the next raid week. If a Raider doesn’t
respect this rule or doesn’t warn the Raid Leader that he cannot attend (using the in-game
mail or through the WhatsApp channel For the Invicta Raiding), he/she will suffer penalties
according to the Officer Council.

Events Days Hours
Progress Raid Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays From 23:20 (22:20 PT) to 01:30 (00:30 am PT)
Social Raid Mondays From 23:20 (22:20 PT) to 01:30 (00:30 am PT)

The Social Raid is schedule on a weekly basis (every Tuesday or Wednesday) on the calendar
and its attendance is considered an obligation for Raiders. If a Raider doesn’t respect this rule
or doesn’t warn the Raid Leader that he cannot attend (using the in-game mail or through the
WhatsApp channel For the Invicta Raiding), he/she will suffer penalties. The usage of
alternative characters (Alts) needs pre-approval from the Raid Leader minimum 3 hours before
the event starts.
It’s strictly forbidden to kill bosses that the raiding team hasn’t cleared yet on that week (on
the mode that the team is progressing and on superior modes), this is only applied to your
main or in a secondary char you wish to use to progress. All bosses on previous modes the
Team already cleared and isn’t doing it anymore can be farmed with other groups, although
keep in mind the Social event might be doing it.

3. Raiders/Trials Rights and obligations:

A. Raider’s Rights:

Raiders have the right to have access to enchants, gems, flasks, pots, food, gear, guild
repairs, and other consumables from the Guild Bank. Nonetheless, players have to
understand that, it is important to make donations. If the donations are null, players
will lose access to the Raider’s Tab and will be obligated to spend money on their
consumables;

Raiders have the right to have access to any sort of information, regarding general
tactics from the raids that are being made. Keep in mind though, that personal tactics
are the raider’s responsibility. Based on this, General tactics and videos will be put on
the guild’s Website, WhatsApp channel For the Invicta Raiding and For the Invicta
Facebook community;

Every raider has the right to give 8 absences (6 considered justified – monthly – and 2
unjustified for the whole patch duration). If a raider gives more than 3 unjustified
absences, the raider will be instantly demoted to trial and if the situation persists, they
might lose their place in the Raiding Team;

On the event of being demoted or at the risk of being taken out of the Raiding team,
all raiders have the right to have a meeting with the Officer Council to defend their
case;

All raiders have the right to be 10 minutes late, as long as they warn the Raid Leader as
soon as possible using the proper channels (by in-game mail or through the WhatsApp
channel For the Invicta Raiding);

For Shadowlands or other expansions with specific systems only: in the event of not
being possible to have an off-spec equipped and ready to raid due to the Covenant
System/other systems, raiders have the possibility of having an alt fully equipped and
ready to raid. This way, instead of an off-spec, the raider will have an off-class;

Since personal loot is installed, all the loot you gain belongs to you and only to you,
BoE’s are also applied in the same rule (if you wish to give it to somebody else, it’s at
your own responsibility).

B. Raider’s Duties:

It’s the raider’s duty to be correctly gemmed, enchanted, geared with best in slot
items possible before the raiding mode we’re progressing and using the consumables
that best apply to their spec and according to the actual content;

Regarding PvP gear, this can only be used if it doesn’t have perks/ procs/stats that only
benefit PvP content;

It is vital to know from top to bottom the general abilities of your main class/off-class
or main-spec/off-spec , concerning rotations and offensive/defensive cooldowns;

It’s the raider’s responsibility to have his off-spec or off-class equipped, gemmed,
enchanted, and using the consumables that best apply to their spec and according to
the actual content;

Every raider has the obligation to be logged in 7 minutes before the start of the raid
and has to be in front of the Raid gate, with their gear, consumables and extra roll
coins (if the expansion has them) ready;

It's important to know the general and personal tactics for every boss during the raid
content the team is progressing or farming;

In case of a necessary absence, the raider has to warn 24 hours before the raid or, in
case of an emergency, has to warn as soon as possible before the Raid (by in-game
mail or through the WhatsApp channel For the Invicta Raiding or exceptionally using
Facebook);

Every raider needs to sign the calendar accordingly to the next lock out, in other
words, every Tuesday, the raider needs to sign for Wednesday (same week), Thursday
(same week) and Tuesday (week after);

Every raider needs to participate in the social event, not only to farm for pieces of gear
that they might be missing, but also in order to help some socials. An alt character can
also be used in this event in case the player wishes;

Every raider is obligated to exchange battle.net ID with the raid leader and ask for
admittance in For the Invicta Raiding WhatsApp channel. Also, the player needs to
have TeamSpeak installed and fully functional;

Feedback from you, while valuable and important to the overall performance of the
team, should always be used in an orderly fashion: by whisper to the raid leader with
proper data feedback/reporting positioning and only when it’s extremely
important/vital (no spam chat with swearing or insulting people);

As a team player, you can have logs in order to improve your own rotation and
adaptability to the encounter by using sites such as WarcraftLogs. Although it’s strictly
forbidden to have them on a public record or even use them to humiliate/harshly
correct a raider without the raid leader’s authorization;

It’s strictly forbidden to stream any guild event without the raid leader’s authorization
and your own fellow raider’s authorization, which also includes VOD on Youtube;

It’s strictly forbidden to link any damage/interrupt/healing/focused damage add
without the raid leader’s permission.

Facebook community;

Every trial has the right to give 8 absences (6 considered justified – monthly – and 2
unjustified for the whole patch duration). If a trial gives more than 2 unjustified
absences, the raider will be instantly demoted to trial and if the situation persists, they
might lose their place in the Raiding Team;

On the event of being taken out of the Raiding team, all trials have the right to have a
meeting with the Officer Council to defend their case;

If you’re a Trial Player, you have to understand that you’re in an experimental period
for three weeks and can only roll for items that the permanent raiders don’t need and
wish to give it to trials;

The trial period lasts for three weeks (which finishes in 12 days of raiding – social raid
is included);

As a team player, you can have logs in order to improve your own rotation and
adaptability to the encounter by using sites such as Warcraftlogs. Although it’s strictly

and your own fellow raider’s authorization, which also includes VOD on Youtube;

It’s strictly forbidden to link any damage/interrupt/healing/focused damage add
without the raid leader’s permission;

4. Absence System:

According to the Guild’s Leadership, there are four types of absences:

A) Justified Absences – Raiders have 6 justified absences monthly while trials have 6 justified
absences for the trial period. These absences have to be warned 24 hours before the raid or, in
case of an emergency, at least 4 hours before the event. If the Raider gives more than 6
absences monthly or an attendance inferior to 50% monthly, a warning will be given or even a
demotion to trial. In case of trials, having more than 6 justified absences or less than 50%
attendance results in an extended trial period or even being expelled from the team;

B) Unjustified Absences – Raiders have 2 unjustified absences per patch, while trials have 1
available for the trial duration. Having more unjustified absences than the ones mentioned
previously will result in a demotion to trial (for raiders only) or being expelled from the raiding
team (raiders demoted or trials);

C) Emergency Absences – Emergency absences consist in not attending the raid due to a work
emergency (schedules or shifts being changed at the last minute) or a family emergency (being
sick or having a child sick or even taking care of one family member). These should be
communicated to the raid leader at least 4 hours before the event and you’re entitled to have
2 absences per month (raiders) or 1 absence in the trial period. If the player consists in using
this type of absence constantly, it will result in a demotion or even be expelled from the team;

Side Note: Not taking on account the type of absences, in every situation, the person that is
missing will be excluded from that particular weekly lock-out.

D) Social Raid Absences – Every raider needs to, generally, attend the social raid in order to
help out the socials. In case of impossibility of attending, the event needs to be signed with a
decline and you need to send an in-game mail to the raid leader 24 hours before the event
starts. In a specific emergency, you can warn the raid leader 4 hours before the event by using
the WhatsApp For the Invicta Raiding channel. Keep in mind that if the raider/trial keeps on
abusing from this absence results in a meeting with the officer council;

5. Personal loot and Master loot (EPGP System):

Since BFA, “For the Invicta” was obligated to use Personal loot as its default system since it’s
the only one Blizzard allows to be used nowadays. As a progression team, we have a set of
guidelines in order to keep things organized and well managed:

Raiders and Trials are not obligated to give loot to a raider/trial;

BoE gear can be sold or donated to the guild bank in case the raider/trial wishes so;

For both raiders and trials, every piece of loot dropped from bosses is yours and yours
only, in case you need it to equip your main spec/off-spec. In the case of Bind on Equip
items (BoE), these are also yours in order to equip your main//off-spec or even the
alternative character you wish to use for raiding;

In the event of a raider not needing a piece of gear dropped from a boss or trash mob
(BoE gear), he needs to check if any raider is in need of that specific piece for main
/off-spec or even an alternative character for raiding. If more than one raider needs it,
all should roll and the highest roll wins it;

In the event of raiders needing a piece of gear for their main /off-spec or even an
alternative character for raiding that another raider doesn’t need, all trials are
forbidden to roll and any roll provided by them are considered null;

On the possibility of all raiders not needing a piece of gear but only trials needing it for
their main /off-spec or even an alternative character for raiding, the raider has a
choice to make: keep it for himself to disenchant or even sell on the Auction House
(BoE items) or giving it to trials (directly to one or by letting them roll in case more
than one needs it);

Every time a raider links an item in chat to be rolled, you have a one minute window to
check if it’s good for you and roll it/not roll it. This rule obeys to the previous rules
already mentioned above. If you miss the one minute window due to distraction, you
always have next week;

Regarding expansions where profession recipes drop, the first time they drop are for
the player that got it and needs it, the second time the same recipe drops all players
should donate them to the guild bank, or as an alternative, give it to a fellow raider in
need;

As an alternative, in other words, in case Blizzard reinstates Master Loot again, the above loot
system mentioned will be abolished and “For the Invicta” will implement automatically the
Master Loot EPGP Loot distribute. This system consists on giving a certain amount of points
taking on account the player’s performance and activity in the guild’s events, so it’s some sort
of merit system. Also, if the player disrespects the Guild’s rules, the Raid Leader has the right
to take away points in order to punish the player. This is how the merit system works:

It’s important to say that in every new patch, the Raider’s EPGP points return to 2000 Points.
Also every week, all Raiders will lose 20% of EP points, in order to avoid hoarding.
It’s also very important to mention that, every new player that enters (Trial Players) will have a
three week Trial period and will only receive loot if a permanent Raider doesn’t need it. Also,
when the trial can actually roll for a specific item for main /off-spec or even an alternative
character for raiding, he will spend EP points.

6. Social Media for Raiders:

“For the Invicta” uses social media as a way of improving communication between raiders and
raid leaders regarding absences, tactics and other forms of managing information. Here are
the social Medias that are available to the raiders/trials:

A) Facebook For The Invicta Facebook Group – where social and
raiders are linked together in a social web gathering. Also, it’s one of the pages where
the Raid Leader will place tactics for the raid content and even pictures of the raid
itself;

B) For the Invicta Raiding WhatsApp Channel – This channel is for raiders and trials only
and its purpose is for raiders to justify absences 24 hours in advance (can also be done
via in-game mail) or even warn a last minute absence due to work or sickness. Also, it’s
where the raid leader might place tactics for the current raid. It’s strictly forbidden to
spam unnecessary information, it’s not the place to ask for questions about
encounters and it’s strictly forbidden to add any raider’s phone numbers to private
conversations without their personal consent;

C) Web site For the Invicta Web page – the guild’s
personal web page, where everybody can check our types of events, raiding
information, rosters and photos. We encourage raiders and trials to register so they
can also place photos of the events, funny videos (if everybody allows it) and other
information;

7. Important tips for New Raiders:

In order to Raid, new Raiders have to have:

A) Proper Gear according to the Patch that we’re in (from HC dungeons; Raid finder or Normal
Raid (If it's cleared by the Raiding Team) ;
B) Fully Gemmed and Enchanted;
C) Have the necessary items to Raid – Food, flasks, potions(health and pots), status
enhancement runes, vantus runes (provided by the guild, normally) and other consumables
(oils, etc…) ;

D) Have the following add-ons:

o EPGP DKP Reloaded – EPGP (if master looter system is implemented);
o GTFO;
o Deadly Boss Modes or Bigwigs;
o Decursive;
o Weak Auras;
o Exorsus;
o Any boss specific add-on or future useful add-ons that the raid leader may ask you to
get;

It’s important to note that these rules might suffer modifications, according to the guild’s
needs or in case the officers decided that it’s necessary to apply harsher measures.

8. Changing mains and returning raiders:

Any player that wishes to change between main characters or roles needs to have the approval
of the raid leader/co-raid leader. If it’s a raider they will enter a 3 week trial period. This
changing can only happen once per patch and will always depend on the needs of the raiding
team.
If the player is a returning Raider, they may be allowed to return to the raiding team as long as
it’s approved by the Officer Council. In very exceptional cases, a Raid Council may be called
upon to decide on such matters. It’s also important to mention that this event may only
happen two times for that designated player.

Side note: It’s important to note that these rules might suffer modifications, according to the
guild’s needs or in case the officers decide that it’s necessary to apply harsher measures.
