EXCELLENT - a semi-hardcore raiding guild currently at 3/10M SoD. We have been around on-and-off since 2009, when a few IRL friends and I decided to take up WoW together, and we've been back several times since. Currently, we have a great core group which we are looking to bolster with some exceptional ranged DPS to continue with Heroic before tackling Mythic.

The primary goal of this guild is to foster an inclusive and fun environment where people feel welcome and where progression is also key. All being in our late twenties/early thirties, we want to ensure that we're getting the most out of the limited time we're spending in Azeroth (or the Shadowlands, currently). With this in mind, we feel that it's important that our players are capable of consistently improving where necessary (by analyzing logs/WoW Analyzer/Wipefest etc.) and taking constructive criticism when it's warranted. This isn't personal; it's simply about growing as a group and clearing content together.

There's a strong emphasis on a positive social experience for people in the guild. To achieve this, we run weekly Friday Normal runs of SoD that we expect to have cleared pretty quickly. After this, we can start inviting and gearing alts. These raids are more chill, giving us an opportunity to try to get to know our newer members, whilst cracking open a few beers and relaxing. We also have a relatively active Discord and our members are typically up for running M+s whenever. There is a key goal here - to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere with an element of competition amongst ourselves.
