Element

Element is a semi-hardcore raiding guild currently recruiting for Shadowlands. Element is formed by a group of players who are real-life friends that are aiming to gain CE for all Shadowland tiers while making sure we are having fun. Many of us are 12/12M experienced players that have taken a break before the release of Shadowlands. Due to our only 2-day raid schedule(Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30 pm - 11 pm we are looking for players that excel at their class and will put in the work to learn not only the fights but their class(Includes but not limited to minx/max gear). What we want from our raiders: Be Prepared for Raids(Making sure you have flask, pots, food while being online 15 minutes before the raid) Learning the fights before raid and understanding what your role is Ready to learn your class and understand how to play your spec proficiently Attendance Being up to date with your gear and making sure you have the best gear available including doing keys to obtain the gear. Raid Times: Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30 pm - 11 pm Recruitment Needs: 1 Tank 1 Healer(Holy Paladin +Disc Priest ideally) Range and Melee DPS However, we are open to any classes and specs for trial.
