Death Company was formed at the beginning of BFA in August of 2018. The founding members have been longtime players who have played since vanilla. After having a taste of Mythic Progression (aka Heroic in the early days), we came together for form a semi-hardcore guild that didn't require the job-like atmosphere. While we do enjoy progression, we have settled on a semi-hardcore environment with an emphasis on both personal player progression and guild progression. We enjoy succeeding together as a community and watching each other grow.
We are a tight-knit group looking to push the guild, and ourselves, as far as we can within the confines of a 2 night a week raiding schedule.

What to expect after applying.
We will contact you and set up a quick informal interview in discord. If we feel you are a fit we will offer you a trial position within the guild.
What to Expect From us:
We have a semi-hardcore mentality as a guild. We enjoy having a good time while we are raiding. That being said, we do know how to focus on a fight and give it our best. After the fight, our officers pour over logs to try to find ways we can improve. We can help you become a better player but you have to do the work. Many of our players are top notch and extremely helpful.
We are not opposed to someone who is newer to raiding. We all focus on becoming better players and helping the guild to achieve it's progression goals.
Raiders receive as perks free repairs, enchants, gems, and we drop a cauldron and feast for every progression fight.
What we expect from you:
Be on time and ready to pull for raid.
Be a member of your class discord and participate there.
Be interested in playing your class to the best of your ability. Do the research and try your best.
Be social and helpful to guild mates.
Be able to laugh but also be able to handle criticism.
Battle of Dazar'alor raider requirements:
We're not a hardcore guild and we don't expect anyone to run 45 M+33s every week to gear up. However, in order to progress and not waste the time of the other 19+ people raiding with you, we do have some minimum requirements.
HOA level 35 (to unlock the first 2 traits on new Azerite gear).
380 ilevel (or very close)
One M+ a week (week one, reward is capped at a +6 end of dungeon, regardless of + level). We'd prefer a +10 after week 1 since that will be the 'max' for the gear level for M+ (410+). However, +5/+6 should potentially be upgrades for awhile too.
Consistent On-Time Attendance (Raid starts at 8:00 server).
Bring Consumables. We'll try and always provide flasks/feasts…but you should have your own battle potions, health potions, etc.
