ABOUT US:

Chilly Willys is an inclusive community looking for down-to-earth, quality players who are easy to have a good time with while progressing together. We are always looking for new friends to raid, dungeon, and chill with- regardless of if you'd like to join the guild or not. We pride ourselves on balancing the seriousness of progression raiding without toxic ego or negativity that is often found in progression guilds- instead we opt for a constructive and collaborative environment where our players are encouraged to share their ideas and knowledge with the team. Players who play with Chilly Willys are always treated as friends and encouraged to learn from their mistakes and self-improve- we will be patient as long as you make an effort to continually self-improve in order to reduce repeated issues. Personality plays a large role in our recruitment process, as our number one priority is to ensure that our team's roster are players we have fun playing with. We have put considerable effort into curating a unique community that offers a variety of opportunities for players who share our mentality. Chilly Willys has a small-guild feel without sacrificing on our progression. While our guild is relatively new, our community has achieved a lot within our first year and are looking to further progress in Shadowlands. We are currently looking for more exceptional players and personalities to join us in 10.1! We currently offer 2 raid teams (Semi-casual, Progressive), RBGs, M+, a thriving discord community that chills, play a variety of games, and watch movies together.
