Blue Square

Blue Square was formed during 9.1 as a result of refining what our aspirations for our time spent in WoW are; killing Mythic bosses with friends. We have worked diligently to cultivate an environment that is free of as much toxicity as possible. This is a mature mid-core guild that welcomes all walks of life.

Schedule:
We raid two days a week, Tuesday/Thursday from 7:00pm-10:00pm ST(PST). As Dragonflight releases, we will be exploring the possibilities of adding a third raid day to our schedule on an as needed basis.

Goals
Our goal for Dragonflight is to hit the ground running. We have a lot of preparation happening to ensure that all of our raiders are ready for the expansion so that we can get into raids as efficiently as possible.

Recruitment
We are currently in need of Ranged DPS, a Rogue, and tanks with strong offspecs, but strong raiders of any class or spec will be considered. While we currently have a roster compatible for mythic raiding, life events happen and we would like to continue working on progression in light of any player's absence. To do that we need to have gamers on stand-by, though not a part of the "core group" you will still be utilized often as we boast individuals of many "last minute complication" professions. While we welcome anyone to apply to join, to obtain a spot on the Mythic Raid team, we look for:

Mastery of their Spec/role: We look for consistent damage and understanding of your utility to the raid, with the adaptability to understand how to adjust your gameplay per encounter. (No, “This fight just isn’t good for me because -..." excuse)

Communication: We are adults, which means we have things come up. School, work, mental/physical health emergencies. The main thing we ask is you communicate where you can. The messages that are posted in our attendance channel can only be seen by officers, so your privacy is assured. :)

Commitment: Be here when you can and have a positive attitude. Be willing to take constructive criticism. We all talk smack but we are still respectful.

What you can expect from Blue Square

Consumables: We provide feasts and cauldrons daily, as well as Vantus Runes when needed. The guild bank is usually kept healthy on potions, flasks, and secondary foods.

Good Times: This guild is filled with close friends, several who either spend time daily with each other IRL or those who have gone to visit in person. We generally are always having fun, but please do come to game and focus during raid.

Leadership: We’ve all dealt with the toxic raid/guild leader, “Why can’t you do an easy mechanic, you’re absolute trash” all the time. We don’t do that here… Just be prepared for constructive criticism and open feedback. We treat everyone equally, however poor or favorable it may be for that day.
