Recruitment
We're a group of friends that have been raiding together for a long time, some of us spanning back all the way to vanilla. Being a strictly 1-day a week guild, raiding for just 3-hours including break time, it is imperative that we have players who enjoy optimizing their class and performance. That said, we also require people to do that out of their own enjoyment. In other words, we are not looking for the common-mythic raiding hardline mentality.
Here's generally what type of people we have and what we're looking for
- Retired mythic raiders --> not interested in pushing mythic anymore due to time constraints and investment required, but still wants to play at a higher level
- Higher-end players who haven't done mythic --> not interested in doing mythic but still wish to push the logs and get frequent 50-70+ scores
- Raiding on a very limited schedule, but still get Curve done each tier with many weeks to spare
- Not drama-queens, with a desire to help others rather than blame and generally have a more mature approach.
- Is willing to talk and banter on discord
- Probably plays other games outside of WoW also

We maintain a roughly 2-week trial period, to see if we can offer what it is you're looking for in the game, and to see if your personality fits well with the guild. This is subject to GM and Officers opinion, and depends heavily on how active you are outside of the raid also, how much you speak and so on. Aside from your class performance, we're primarily looking for personalities who fit our guild mentality, which is difficult to judge if you only show up for the 3hour raid per week.
