<Axion> is a 2 night a week semi-hardcore raiding guild on Outland Alliance.

Raid times:

Tuesday/Thursday 8:00pm - 12:00pm (Server time, GMT+2)

We do not add extra hours or days during progress.

Schedule after prog is usually 2-3 hours on Thursday.

About us:

Axion are a 2 day (1 day farm) a week raiding guild of ex world 80-200 mythic raiders, we plan on aiming for realm firsts again next expansion. We looking to clear all mythic content in Shadowlands and are recruiting for all classes and roles to clear Nya'lotha mythic before the new expansion drops.

We are a group that prides ourselves on high performance within limited raiding hours. We expect our members to be well prepared for each progression boss, whilst also being able to quickly learn from mistakes. Potential applicants are expected to excel at their class, and must be able to both take and give criticism in a constructive manner.

We are a progression focused guild, but we also maintain a friendly environment in and out of raid. At most times there will be groups of people hanging around Discord, playing WoW or a variety of other games.

Requirements:

Commitment: All applicants should have a good attitude towards raiding. You will be required to dedicate yourself to min/maxing your main character. Applicants must maintain the 2 day a week raiding, we require this time and drive to raid the amount needed for achieving Realm First.

Criticism: You should be able to handle constructive criticism if/when it's directed at you.

Attendance: During progress raids our schedule is demanding: we raid 4 h/day and it's really important you understand this before even thinking about applying or approaching an officer in-game in order for us not to waste your/our time.

Communication: World of Warcraft is a team game and communication is the utterly most important thing when raiding. Therefore you will be required to install Discord and have a working headset and microphone and also be able to understand English.
