What we're aiming to create as a community:
-To be progression oriented while still having fun. This means being able to cut up, but putting the blinders on when needed to down bosses and/or work on progression.
-Helping each other get better. This means recognizing that I see/know things you don't, and you see/know things I don't. Being able to criticize without being hateful, while also being able to take criticism and improve.
-Have fun. We're all here to enjoy what we do.

Our Raid Team Goals:
-Battle for Azeroth Ny'alotha: AOTC and mythic progression as a team, and to fill out our roster.
-Shadowlands Castle Nathria:Mythic Progression, aiming for CE
-Shadowlands Tier 2 and onward:CE

Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday - 7p-10p EST (6p-9p server)

Sunday is made mandatory/voluntary based on progression needs.

Below are some things we feel should be easily accomplished in order to improve our individual ability as players, as well as the ability of our characters - which will collectively increase our ability as a raid team as we push towards AOTC in Nya'lotha, and mythic beyond that:
-Key that will be a minimum 10ilvl upgrade in your chest each week (or 1 +15 each week)
-Increase your cloak at least 2 Ranks/week (or +6 corruption resistance) if not max
-Review the Log posted in #raid-logs to see areas for personal improvement between each raid
-Become more familiar with the mechanics of each boss (Whether this is through youtube videos, streams, or written guides - experience with mechanics will have to be earned, but knowing what to expect is something we can do beforehand)

Attendance issues will add points which roll off after a set amount of time, and eventually raid spots will be given to those below a certain point level first. Discord has a mobile app, and it takes less than 2 minutes to pull out a phone and send a message to the #raid-attendance channel or an Officer that you're going to be late/out. Exceptions for extreme circumstances/situations resulting in no points may override these rules, but only as a majority decision by the Officers and GMs.

Notification: Raids will be posted on the in-game calendar no later than midnight 2 raids prior (Midnight Tue for the following Tue, etc.). Invites will be sent to active (Raid Team) members. Declining the invite will be accepted as notification for missing that raid.

Points added:
+1 point for late arrival (after 7:00PM EST) or early departure (prior to 10:00PM EST or raid being called over - whichever comes first) without prior notification
+2 points for missing entire raid without prior notification
+.5 point for late arrival or early departure with prior notification
+1 point for missing entire raid with prior notification

Points accrued will be removed 12 weeks from the date accrued.

Raiders above 5 points will be sat over those below 5 points in the same role.

Raiders above 10 points will be sat until their point total lowers below 10.

Missing 4 consecutive raids without notification will result in a temporary inactive status until a commitment to attending regularly can be demonstrated (2 raids attended, while being sat). Raiders missing 8 consecutive raids without notification will be removed from the raid team and will be required to reapply should they wish to rejoin.

Raiders being sat for any reason will be expected to be available to join the raid within 10 minutes of being requested. Failure to do so will result in .5 point being added for that raid date.
