If Applying For Core Raiding Spot:

Please understand applying for a raid slot on our team isnt a casual experience, while the guild is open to casual M+ play raids are more serious and require dedication and commitment in order to build a successful raid team and manage progression. When we speak about our raids as being casual the meaning behind it is while we aren't pushing for CE or ranking our end goal is still AOTC. We aren't asking you to make this your job but we do ask that you study the fights, learn the material, understand your class, abilities and roles and make sure you're performing to the best of your abilities and making sure you are putting up your numbers for damage & healing because when it comes down to it at the end of the night the goal is to down raid bosses and we need to make sure everyone is doing their part. All that we ask if you're at least decent and putting up your share of numbers to make it easier on the raid team. We aren't trying to be elitist assholes or toxic that's why we ask you to be okay and only provide your share of numbers so everyone can contribute.

Requirements:

• Gear necessary to perform in the current raid tier.
• Discord installed and a working microphone with headset.
• Extremely high attendance.(We raid Friday & Saturday 4:00pm pst)
• Willingness and the ability to perform different roles as instructed.

What we look for in an applicant:

• Experience in raiding end game tier content.
• Experience raiding in multiple roles, including a minimum of two of the three primary roles
• The ability to conceptualize boss encounters that challenge everyone in the raid.
• Thorough knowledge of the other classes that share your immediate raid role (e.g. if you are a healer, you know much bout the other 2 healers, ranged DPS would know all about the other ranged DPS and even the melee DPS)
• Unafraid of speaking up on Discord when the situation calls for it; well-spoken, clear and mature discussion ability.
• Regularly thinking of ways to improve your raid group's efficiency even if you aren't currently logged in to the game.
• Able to take constructive criticism and also point out weaknesses in your peers' play in a productive manner
