<Abolition> (H) US-Tichondrius
Tuesday/Wednesday/Monday 9pm - 12am EST (6pm - 9pm server time)
Abolition is a newly formed semi-hardcore raiding guild on Tichondrius comprised of a small core of raiders who have multiple CEs worth of experience together over the past half decade or so. The majority of our raiders are mythic experienced, some of which are multi-glads or M+ pushers outside of raid.
With a 3-day/9-hour weekly schedule, we take raid time seriously and have high expectations of our raiders to show up to raid on time and prepared to make the most of our limited time. At the same time, we aim to have fun while doing so, and personally/attitude are also important to us. Outside of raid, many of our raiders run M+ and PvP, as well as other games such as LoL, FF14, and various steam games.
Loot is distributed fairly (when tradeable) through a loot council using RCLootCouncil, based on how it will benefit the group as a whole.
What to expect of us:
Strong and fair leadership.
Chill, relaxed and non-toxic atmosphere, while knowing when to get serious as to not compromise progression.
A non-cliquey community focused on inclusion of all raiders and guild members.
Fairness. We place a high value on fairness and nobody will be given preferential treatment.
What we expect from you:
Mythic experience. Does not necessarily have to be CE experience provided that your logs are up to par. Logs do not necessarily need to be current, if you could perform last expansion you can probably perform next expansion.
Show up on time each raid night with consumables and knowledge of boss mechanics.
Knowledge of your class/spec to perform at a high level. We expect all of our raiders to put in the effort required to perform at a CE level.
Ability to show up most raid nights. We all understand that this is just a game and things happen in real life and realize people won’t be able to make every single night, however we expect our raiders to let us know in advance if they will need to miss a night.
A willingness and flexibility to sit on the bench if an encounter requires it. We aim to run a roster of about 25 raiders for flexibility and to allow us to raid in the case of absences, thus will need to rotate in and out as encounters vary.
